MISSION

The mission of the Seeley Swan Hospital District is to provide comprehensive, coordinated and efficient preventative and rehabilitative health care for the residents of the Seeley-Swan Valley and surrounding communities.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the Seeley Swan Hospital District is to assure that:

• our focus is on quality health care provided in a timely fashion with emphasis on prevention and early detection;



• our desire is that these medical services will be accessible to all residents of the communities we serve;



• our responsibility is to see that the clinic is managed in a manner that assures viability and long-term success as a vital part of the communities served;



• our goal is to integrate this care with other health care providers as determined by patient need.

TRUSTEES

The Hospital District is governed and managed by a Board of five (5) non-paid Trustees who are elected from among the registered voters eligible to vote within the Hospital District. The Trustees have full authority for the management and/or advising of the affairs and business of the Hospital District. Trustees are elected for three (3) year terms on a staggered basis, with each term commencing with the May meeting of the Board. Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 5 P.M. at the Seeley Swan Medical Center conference room, unless otherwise announced.
