MISSION

The mission of the Seeley Swan Hospital District is to provide services that make the Seeley Swan Medical Center clinic the patient’s first choice for primary health care.

VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the Seeley Swan Hospital District is to assure that:

• quality comprehensive primary health care services are provided by the Seeley Swan Medical Center clinic with an emphasis towards prevention and early detection of medical concerns;



• all the care provided is continuous and integrated with other available services;



• medical services provided are accessible to members of the community;



• the clinic providing these services is efficiently managed, economically viable, and that its direction and policies are determined by a consumer-based Board of Trustees.

TRUSTEES

The Hospital District is governed and managed by a Board of five (5) non-paid Trustees who are elected from among the registered voters eligible to vote within the Hospital District. The Trustees have full authority for the management and/or advising of the affairs and business of the Hospital District. Trustees are elected for three (3) year terms on a staggered basis, with each term commencing with the May meeting of the Board. Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 5 P.M. at the Seeley Swan Medical Center conference room, unless otherwise announced.
